For easy reference, Print out these instructions The Web browser that is included with the America Online software was developed by Microsoft and America Online. Unfortunately, it is not supported by our automation system because it does not include the automatic proxy configuration function which is required in order to access the Reference Databases. The same applies to the version of Netscape offered to AOL users. If you wish to access the library's databases, you can download Netscape Navigator 4.7X from the Netscape Web site. Do not download Internet Explorer; it will not work. The following link will take you to Netscape where you can download Navigator 4.7X

After you have installed Netscape, return to the setup
page and select the instructions for setting up Netscape version 4.X
